Dashboard overview for servers might show "Please wait ~15 minutes for the server to send more data"

Incident Report for 360 Monitoring

Update

The service continues to operate generally well. We are working on adjusting service capacity and restoring full stability across all components. Some alerts remain temporarily disabled while mitigation is in place.

We will continue monitoring closely and share further updates.

Update

The service is operating generally well. However, performance may be temporarily degraded due to a slow link between external provider and our data centers. As a result, some dashboards/graphs may update with a 5–10 minute interval (up to ~30 minutes in rare cases).

To reduce false positives while the system stabilizes, “No data” alerts are still disabled.

We will continue monitoring closely and restore normal alerting once performance is consistently stable.

Update

There are no new additional impacts identified at this time. However, the impacts previously described may still occur intermittently.
As part of ongoing mitigation, certain alerts remain temporarily disabled and have not yet been re-enabled.

We’ll share more details once alerts are fully restored and data delays are back to normal.

Separately, we have urgent database maintenance scheduled for Mar 14, 2026 00:00 – Mar 16, 2026 00:00 UTC, during which service impact may occur.

Update

Service is operating generally well, though occasional delays may still occur. The root cause has been identified and resolved, and we have implemented several infrastructure improvements.

The remaining delays originate from an external service provider, with whom we are in close contact.

Update

Website monitoring alerts may be delayed and/or reflect outdated information due to issues with data collection. If no data is collected for a website, alerts may not be generated for it.

We are continuing to monitor for any further issues.

Update

We have made infrastructure and database-level adjustments and are seeing significant improvement in queue processing performance. To reduce false-positive notifications, we have temporarily disabled “no data received” alerts. We will re-enable them once processing is stable and alert accuracy is restored.

We are continuing to roll out these changes across the remaining components and are closely monitoring overall stability.

However, the following impact may still occur:
- Dashboards may render inconsistently or show partial data.
- Custom plugin results may be delayed or incomplete; in some cases, plugin widgets may temporarily not appear.
- Alerting may be affected due to delays in metric processing.
- Website monitoring data may be delayed and may display “No data available”.

Update

Websites might show empty charts and "No data available" message. We’ll continue to monitor the situation closely.
Posted Feb 23, 2026 - 09:07 UTC

Update

False alerts about "no data" might be received. We are continue to monitor any further side issues.
Posted Feb 19, 2026 - 10:33 UTC

Update

At the moment, as a side effect, alerts for ‘no data’ may not be working. We’ll continue to monitor the situation closely.
Posted Feb 17, 2026 - 15:20 UTC

Update

We have improved several performance parameters for data processing, and we expect further enhancements this week. We will continue to monitor progress closely.
Posted Feb 16, 2026 - 10:24 UTC

Update

We are continue to monitor further issues. At the moment some servers might still experience "no data" issue.
Posted Feb 13, 2026 - 11:47 UTC

Monitoring

A fix has been implemented, and we are monitoring the results.

Investigating

We are currently investigating the issue with data handling nodes. The server's dashboard overview might show the "Please wait ~15 minutes for the server to send more data" message but the data handling continues.
